2022 Tournament Information:
We are excited to host the Lady Eagle Invitational on Friday, September 2nd and Saturday, September 3rd. ALL games will be played at the Zionsville Youth Soccer Assn. facility that is located at 5616 S. County Road 700 East, Whitestown, IN 46075. Here is some helpful information as you plan for the weekend.
TICKETING:
- Zionsville High School Athletics is utilizing Eventlink for all ticketing for the 2022 fall season. The link to purchase tickets is below. Tickets should be purchased ahead of time to avoid congestion at the gate. Zionsville sports passes can be utilized for admission to this event.

- A day pass is $7 or you can buy both days for $11 through this link.
- Tickets will also be available for purchase at the gate (via credit card or apple pay) but we strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance via the link above.
- No cash will be accepted.
OTHER GENERAL INFO:
- No locker rooms will be made available to your teams.
- We will provide a cooler of water for your team. Please plan to provide your own water bottles.
- Please plan on dropping off the team at the main entrance to the field. Due to a small and congested parking area, we ask that buses park across the street at Zionsville West Middle School. They can then pick up the team after the game up at the entrance.
- Parking areas include: Eagle Church, ZYSA main lot, and Zionsville West Middle School.
- Event Supervisors – Mark Reiff, Amanda Harmon, Greg Schellhase, Jared Williams, Greg Hall.
- We will trainers on hand throughout the event. Our lead trainers are Tiffany McKinley, Kenzlie Westerfield, and Michelle Witt.
- Hospitality room for coaches, workers, and refs will be located in the clubhouse.
- Entry Fee: The entry fee for the tourney is $300 if you are bringing multiple teams and $175 if you are only bringing one team. Please send entry fees to Zionsville Athletics, 1000 Mulberry St., Zionsville, IN 46077
Varsity Tournament Rules:
There will be a total of 12 Varsity teams participating. Each team will play a total of two games. Teams will be split into three groups of 4 teams each. Games will be 80 minutes long, with two 40-minute halves and a 10-minute halftime. On field warm-ups will be limited to 5 minutes. Each game will have a total of 3 referees.
The following system will be used:
Win = 3 points
Tie = 1 point
Loss = 0 points
The following tiebreaker rules apply:
1. Head to Head 4. Fewest goals allowed
2. Goal differential 5. Shutouts
3. Most goals scored 6. Penalty kicks
(If one team is not present for penalty kicks we will flip a coin)
Tournament Awards:
Champions: the team with the most points in each pool will be declared the winner; there will be one trophy/champion per varsity pool; there will also be an MVP for each pool.
JV Showcase Rules:
There will be a total of 16 JV teams participating. There will be no group champions declared. Each team will play a total of two games. Games will be 70 minutes long (35 minute halve w/ a 10-minute halftime). On field warmups will be limited to 5 minutes. Each game will have a total of 2 referees.
Weather:
Due to the number of teams participating and the limited field space, games canceled due to severe weather (lightning, rain, heat, etc.) will not be rescheduled. If lightning is sighted, there will be a mandatory 30-minute wait before teams can go back on the field. If lightning is sighted again, the 30-minute wait time starts over. The tournament committee has decided that if a delay exceeds 40 minutes, the game will be canceled.
Registration:
Teams should check in/register at the ZYSA fields’ clubhouse hospitality room. A representative from each team should inform the tournament organizers when the team has arrived.
Uniforms:
Home team will wear dark colors, while Visiting team will wear light colors (preferable White Jersey and White Socks). Teams must bring both uniforms to all games to prevent issues.
Game Balls:
We will not be providing game balls. Each team representative will be responsible for bringing quality game balls.
