Hotel Reservations:

For those teams that are planning on staying overnight for the tournament, we have partnered with a company called Sports Team Accommodation. They will be responsible for handling all of the hotel reservations. Over the past 15 years STA has successfully accommodated sports teams with their hotel arrangements. They guarantee the lowest group rates possible at quality area hotels. There are several hotel options conveniently located close to the fields. Teams will have the option to choose the hotel that fits best with their travel budget.

Please note that this is a** STAY & PLAY TOURNAMENT **. The Zionsville High School Committee has worked along with Sport Teams Accommodation Inc. to arrange hotel room availability for all teams participating in the 2015 Lady Eagle Invitational. Teams using hotel rooms are required to obtain them from our approved hotels, using the group reservation procedure established by the Zionsville High School Committee and Sport Teams Accommodation. Hotel confirmation will be required before acceptance into the 2015 Lady Eagle Invitational becomes final.

When you have chosen your hotel, simply click on the “book rooms now” button and fill out the form. You will receive email instructions on how your team parents can book their own rooms.
